{20 Days of Snow & Charming - Day Seven: One moment from ‘1.03 Snow Falls}
This can pretty much be summed up in two words: HIS FACEEEEEEE. His revelation as Snow puts on his mothers ‘true love’ ring just stirs things down in my soul. Snow White being the BAMF that she is just grabs his ring all ‘ho, ho we’d be terrible together, marriage what a horrible idea’. And then he just stares at her obviously thinking the exact opposite. Before we knew the meaning behind this ring, this moment was still fantastic because well, i’ll just repeat myself, HIS FACE. But after The Shepherd and seeing how much the ring truly means to him and his mother it holds a little extra punch. He can see his true love. Not the nag with the bad attitude, but this girl, oh sorry woman, who made him laugh, bantered with him all day and then saved his life just as he’d saved hers. I could ramble on about that second gif for days and weeks and months but I still wouldn’t be able to express properly why I love it so much other than: HIS FACE.

{20 Days of Snow & Charming - Day Five: One moment from ‘1.01 Pilot’ - Part Two }
This was the scene that got me hooked on Once. I used to read books upon books of fairytales when I was little, and had music, songs, Disney, the lot. So for me this was just all of that rolled into one; then you add in Josh and Ginnifers chemistry here, which is sizzling tbh. And then you’re intrigued because you just want to know everything about these people, want to see how they got to their ‘happy ending’, and watch them get back to it again.

Mary: The right thing to do, would’ve been not to lead me on.
As much as this scene completely and utterly breaks my heart, it also makes me stand up and cheer for Mary. This is the first time we’ve seen her stand up against the crap she takes from everyone, actually lets someone know that they’ve wronged her and it’s the first time we see that glimpse of Snow White in her. So although she has a long way to go before she’s as fierce as Snow, this is the beginning of that and I couldn’t be happier.

{20 Days of Snow & Charming - Day Three: Favourite David Nolan moment}
This Charming mother fucker. I mean, just seriously. A horse? A HORSE? David moments are few and far between but even if we had 2837684950 others, this would still be my favourite. A. HORSE. And then he sits back with his stupid suave grin and head tilt as Mary (and the female population) falls a little bit more in love. Not even an all encompassing evil curse can take away his charm.
{20 Days of Snow & Charming - Day Two: Favourite Prince Charming moment}
I deliberated over this one for a while. Originally I was going to go for the sword fighting in the pilot, where he shows the typical fairytale version of a Prince: the brave handsome Nobleman fighting 3 guys at a time whilst holding a baby? Swoon. But that wasn’t quite right. Then I was going to pick something from The Shepherd, particularly anything with him and his mother: showing his humble beginnings, his sweet and dependable side. But that was only one part of him too. And then I remembered this scene, where you see all of those things. After seeing his beginnings, this scene has much more impact and meaning. We get to see him being the noble and chivalrous prince he’s learning to become by fighting to save Snows life, whilst his reasoning behind it is that of a modest farmer, doing it because it was the honourable thing to do. I find these scenes even more fascinating now we’ve learnt where he’s from, and they actually make them all the more sweeter.
